Hitting the Ground Running
I am delighted to address you in my first “Almond Insights” as Blue Diamond’s new President and CEO. Over the past few months, I’ve extensively toured our growing regions, meeting with growers and directors in all of our districts.
It has been amazing to personally meet so many growers and most Blue Diamond employees. The generous hospitality provided to me at every turn has been overwhelming! It speaks volumes about the culture and values of this incredible co-op. I also want to extend my thanks to Mark Jansen for his support as we navigated a smooth transition in leadership for the co-op.
I look forward to using this blog to share special news, crop progress, market pricing, and other valuable information regarding our cooperative. I look forward to continuing this journey with you all as we climb to new heights together!
