Proud To Be An American….

There are often events in our lives that cause us to take a step back and think how lucky we are to live in the USA. Today I was reminded how proud I am to be an American.

I was honored to be the Keynote Speaker at a Naturalization Ceremony here in Sacramento for 811 very excited and proud new citizens. People from 91 nations were represented at today’s event. Expressions of pride were visible from each individual, including one young couple that were both sworn in with their new baby in tow, just three days old!
