2015 Annual Grower Meeting Highlights
Keeping our grower-owners informed and up-to-date on their cooperative has and continues to be one of Blue Diamond’s priorities.
As the cooperative’s first general manger said, “…the membership of the exchange must be constantly and intelligently informed of what their cooperative is doing, its methods of operating, its decisions and the reasons for those decisions.” With this in mind, the cooperative launched the publication The Minute Book in 1922, now known today as Almond Facts.
With the same intention as it had nearly a century ago, Almond Facts is Blue Diamond’s bimonthly magazine used to keep growers and industry members alike abreast of cooperative and industry news. I look forward to posting each Almond Facts issue as it is published with the hope you enjoy the publication as much as I and Blue Diamond’s grower-owners do. The November-December issue highlights Blue Diamond’s 2015 Annual Grower Meeting and this year’s theme Sustaining Success through Innovation.
